Terms of Service for Mudhaxk Services

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Mudhaxk Services’ website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

We provide professional services including web development, mobile app development, backend and API development, penetration testing, ethical hacking, security consulting, and DevOps and deployment. All services are provided under agreed contracts.

3. Authorized Security Testing Only

Ethical hacking and penetration testing services are performed only with written authorization, only on systems owned by or authorized by the client, and in compliance with applicable laws. Unauthorized hacking is strictly prohibited.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to provide accurate information, authorization for testing, use services legally, and not misuse or reverse engineer provided software.

5. Payments and Pricing

Prices provided by the calculator are estimates only. Final pricing will be agreed in a proposal or contract. Payments must be made according to agreed terms. Late payments may delay service delivery. All fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed, clients own their project source code after full payment. Mudhaxk Services retains the right to showcase projects in the portfolio. Our tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain our property.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain strict confidentiality of client data, including source code, credentials, security vulnerabilities, and business information. We will not disclose client information without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mudhaxk Services shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss beyond our control. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. No Security Guarantee

While we implement best security practices, no system is 100% secure. We do not guarantee absolute protection from future attacks.

10. Termination

We may terminate services if terms are violated, payments are not made, or services are misused. Clients may terminate services according to contract terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Authorization Requirement

All penetration testing and ethical hacking services require written authorization. Mudhaxk Services will refuse any request involving unauthorized access or illegal activities.
